Poor sweet friendly little Valentino was found in a ditch evidently pitched out of a vehicle, his open crate found across the highway! What a sad Valentine for him!  He was seen by our veterinarian and to our horror we discovered that his right back leg was broken in 2 places, back left leg broken and a pelvic fracture in 2 places! The really sad part is these fractures were over a month old when he was dumped and whomever owned him never got them fix. Either they couldn't afford the surgery or didn't care enough to get him to a vet. He will be starting physical therapy to help him learn how to walk on those bones that were allowed to start healing on their own. He's on pain meds for now. This is the sweetest dog you will ever meet! He is housetrained, gets along with his foster siblings and is very loving. Due the severity of his injuries once he heals he would do better in a home with no small children.
