Meet Valentine our sweetest new ATDR rescue.  Valentine was our February surprise who came to us from just north of Houston with what was reported to be a mammary tumor.  Imagine our surprise when we got her and discovered it wasn't a tumor at all - but a giant inguinal hernia - the size of a tennis ball. 

UPDATE:  Valentine had her surgery and her spay and is recuperating nicely!  She will get her stitches out later this week and be ready for her forever home shortly!  She is a happy and loving girl, totally devoted to her human.  She loves snuggling up on the couch or arm chair; also the perfect little heater in bed in the winter And she is housetraine! Valentine is a tiny thing but she has a mighty personality and loves everyone!  Valentine is 8 lbs of joy and energy!  She'd love to be Your Valentine!
