Casper is a brand new arrival! This beautiful and loving boy was found as a stray in the north part of Harris County. He was lost in a subdivision and found wandering trying to find his way home. Casper is deaf and it doesn't seem to bother him in the least. His sight is good and he can see a treat from a mile away, no worry there! Stay tuned as this great boy will be receiving a much needed dental and neuter in the next week or so! Then he will be ready to go!
