Harper was found as a stray near Uvalde. The person who found him brought him to a lady in Seguin. Her male kept attacking Harper and she felt she could no longer keep him. She contacted an ATDR volunteer who is now fostering him. He’s fully vetted and has no health issues.

Harper’s an extremely friendly, lovable little guy who is quite submissive.  He gets along well with other dogs, but he loves barking at kitty cats although he doesn't try to attack them. He does enjoy digging holes, but it’s not an attempt to get out of the yard. He has a healthy appetite and doesn't seem to be picky! Harper is a total sweetheart...so easy to love and enjoy!  If you’re looking for a best friend to share life with, Harper is accepting adoption applications!  He would love you more than you could imagine!
