Ned is a blind and deaf double dapple boy who was found frightened to death in Houston during the Hurricane Harvey floods. He is a handsome boy so thankful now to be safe in a foster home with his own little bed and regular meals served by a kind lady. Won’t you consider giving Ned the forever home he needs and deserves.
