Mary's sister, Rhoda (adopted) can also be seen on our website.
Description:
Oh so sweet Mary and her BFF Rhoda were dumped in the parking lot of Citizens for Animal Protection (CAP) on I-10 in Houston after being told by CAP they were full and couldn’t take them. Another rescue that shall remain nameless had told the person who brought them there they don’t take owner surrenders direct and to take them to CAP, and after driving all the way from Crockett to Katy, dumping them in the parking lot and leaving them there was her solution! What a sad thing to do to any animal, much less these two precious sweet beautiful bonded babies! ATDR came to their rescue and they’ve already settled in nicely at a foster home enjoying their own soft little beds and blankies…although they prefer to snuggle together in one…and plenty of good food and loving care and attention from a foster mom who wants them!
Mary is a good-nature, animated, curious girl who has enjoyed exploring every inch of her new foster home. She gets along well with all her foster sisters who were there before and has had no accidents in the house so far, so we’re hoping she’s housetrained! She’s fairly quiet and easy to live with, keeping her distance when it’s meal-time for her foster mom! “Who can turn the world on with her smile? Who can take a nothing day, and suddenly make it all seem worthwhile?”That would be sweet Mary who would be a ready-made joy as a companion for anyone who wants to take it easy and enjoy life with a best friend! Won’t you consider giving Mary the loving home she deserves! You’d never be sorry you did, and if you had room for her best friend Rhoda too, they’d both be in heaven! No two sweeter girls have ever existed!!!
