Vincent, like Van Gogh, is a handsome boy who has only one ear!  Unlike his namesake, Vincent’s cause for this was a congenital thing and he has no ear canal at all on that side! It sure doesn’t hinder this boy but instead adds a lot of character!  He is busy and happy and acts like a puppy!  

Vincent was an owner surrender to a Gulf Coast area animal shelter that thankfully called ATDR who came to his rescue! He is now in a safe foster home being loved and cared for until a lucky person or family steps up and is allowed to adopt him!
