Precious little Cassandra hails from Palm Valley, TX where she was picked up as a stray! She’s so very tiny and so very frightened…her nice foster family is working on giving her time and room to settle in and reveal more of her little personality to report. Even though she’s only 7.5 pounds, she does great with the other dogs in the house, but she is scared of people right now…she shows interest in the humans in her foster home but, sadly, is a bit unsure as to whether they will be nice to her or not.
