This is Babe! She and her brother Rambo, a couple of sweet, good looking Standard Dachshund mixes, were born from a Dachshund mom and Dachshund-mix dad. Babe and Rambo were not bonded siblings and Rambo has since found his loving forever family. Babe is hoping to find her’s very soon! Because Babe enjoys running and playing in a big back yard, living in an apartment would not work well for her. An adopter or family with an active lifestyle would be awesome for her. She uses a doggie door and is very good about going outside to do her business. She does have a strong prey drive, (as did her brother), so no birds, cats or small critter pets please. She’s good with big dogs but can be a bit too rambunctious when playing with smaller ones. She would also do best in a home with no small children.
