Say hello to Fred! He is super sweet and VERY playful. He’s timid at first, but warms up in about an hour or so. Fred is a beautiful black baby with dark chocolate points where most doxies have tan. Very unusual coloring! He’s having a great time playing with another foster puppy now that he’s a little more settled in at his new foster home. He’s still working on his potty training but will sometimes go on puppy pads. Fred will make some lucky person or family an adorable best friend!
