Elmo was picked up as a stray in the Giddings area and when no one showed up to claim him, ATDR sprung into action. What a feisty little man he is. He's a burst of energy and kisses. He gets along well with other dogs, cats and kids. He eats like it's his last meal but we're working on that. He really is a joyful little soul. Elmo will flourish in an active home and would enjoy all the comforts of being spoiled rotten. He's about 11 to 12 lbs of puppy kisses!
