Poor sweet little Reuben was found running around in traffic on a busy street! He’d evidently been kept muzzled most of, if not all of, his entire life! This is cruel beyond words! Thank goodness he is now with ATDR, safe in a loving foster home being cared for by a kind foster mom. Reuben deserves so much better in life...no pup should have to endure what he's been through.
