Sweet little Lacy was one of three injured pups on the euthanasia list at a shelter when thankfully, she got a reprieve while awaiting X-rays which showed she had a leg fracture. ATDR couldn’t say no to this sweet baby, planning to see her through what looked like needed surgery to fix her injuries. She was immediately taken to ATDR’s trusted orthopedic specialist who said that her leg and pelvic fractures were healing properly on its own! Thank goodness for small miracles and the fact that precious Lacy doesn’t have to go through surgery! She is now settled in comfortably at a safe foster home with a kind lady who will see her quietly through her remaining healing process while catering to her every need. Even hurt and in great pain, this precious little one has responded with nothing but sweetness and tail wags to everyone who has stepped up to help her along the way.

Lacy is adorable beyond words and will make a wonderful addition to the right loving forever home. She’s so deserving of a person or family who will love, protect and care for her the rest of her little life. The reward would be a life-long devoted best friend who would love you more than you could ever imagine.
