Sweet Wanda, and we mean sweet with a capital S, came from the Rio Grande Valley where she was found wandering the streets homeless and picked up by animal control. ATDR immediately jumped at the chance to save this precious baby, bringing her into its fold and placing her in a safe, comfortable foster home where her foster mom reports: she is loving and affectionate and has yet to bark. Wanda is a sit with you and cuddle type! She’s fine with other dogs and appears to be housebroken.
