Rascal is a very handsome and lovable guy who loves to hang out with his foster family all the time. He gets along with everyone including well mannered children,  He has not been cat tested, but is known to have a high prey drive....  He is so sweet and we think he would be the best family dog ever!
He is a total snuggler and loves to curl up with his foster mom on the couch or in the big bed!  He will wait until everyone else has a spot - then come in for the best spot on the other side!  Rascal is smart and friendly and seems to be great with other dogs - big and small.  Rascal uses the doggie door and is well on his way to housetraining! 
If you want someone to talk to, he will listen and even tries to answer in that groaning doggy talk...Rascal is a great boy and wants a home of his own!
