Little Sam is a good boy who lost his way during Tropical Storm Imelda! Thank goodness he ended up on ATDR’s doorstep where he’s enjoying life in a safe, comfortable foster home. He’s great with his canine foster siblings, loves playing with toys, little children and is even good with kitty cats! He walks well on a leash and goes pottie as soon as he’s on the grass.
