This beautiful girl is Nellie! She came to ATDR from a breeder and is now settled into a comfortable loving foster home learning the rules and enjoying her foster parents. They report that Nellie is a little timid and shy at first, but once she meets you she becomes attached very quickly. She’s just so sweet and loves to cuddle and sit in your lap. She sleeps well in her bed and doesn’t mind her crate when her foster parents are at work. She’s a little hesitant around males, but she’s been doing well around her foster dad…she probably has a preference toward females though. She’s doing well with other dogs she meets on her walks; however, she does need some practice walking on the leash and her foster parents are working on that!
