This is Otto. Sadly, his owner passed away and the only other family member had health issues and after suffering the devastating effects of Hurricane Laura moved out of state leaving poor Otto behind at a shelter. This precious boy lived through a hurricane only to be left more confused and frightened by his circumstances and he's scared and afraid. When contacted, ATDR quickly retrieved this handsome boy and placed him in a comfortable foster home. With loving care, we hope to earn Otto’s trust so that he’ll feel safe again soon.

This boy needs another forever home where he’ll feel loved and secure, but he would do best in a home without small children. Otto would also like another easy going non-alpha doggie friend.
