Wally is one of the cutest and smallest dachshunds we have met in ages! He was picked up as a stray in the big city and two days later his mom (we feel fairly confident) was also picked up in the same neighborhood. Wally is very active and exhuberant about life! He came in very thin with a very a patchy coat but after a few weeks of good groceries and excellent foster care, Wally is a rock star! He is completely healthy and seems to have put his bad past life behind him!

Wally or Wally Roo is well named as he is a cross between a Flying Wallenda and a Kangaroo. He gets more air time than Michael Jordan. He is an energetic year old black and tan mini with lots of love to give. He gets along with all his foster siblings-especially Rhett his buddy.(If you want 2 youngsters that love to play and snuggle together they would be a great pair-though they aren’t bonded and can be adopted separately

He loves to look out windows at whatever is going on and chase his siblings around the house. He was rescued from a local shelter with some skin issues which have been resolved. We are working on his housebreaking currently. If you are looking for a “snuggle you in bed sweetheart” then Wally’s the boy for you!
