Meet Charlie - I'm a cute chocolate and tan boy that was dumped at the SPCA when my parents decided they were too busy for the dogs!   That basically sucks since my mom and I have given them the best years of our lives - and thought we had a home forever!   Thank goodness ATDR stepped up and got us out of there and into a foster home where we proved that we could be sweet and charming and deserved a better life!   Charlie was surrendered with his Mom, Penny and they would love a home together, just like it has always been!   If you are that special someone and will give us a chance please fill out the online application!
