Nyla is a mini 9 lb. dachshund lady! She has a beautiful shiny black/tan coat. She is four years old and very quiet! She loves to be held and kissed on her tiny face!!! When she gives kisses, she puts both of her paws on her foster mom's face as if to say, "Hold still, I'm gonna kiss ya'." Cute! She gets along well with men and women. She is housetrained, uses a doggie door and is pad trained for rainy days. Nyla gets along well with other dachshunds and plays with toys. She enjoys car rides and loves rawhide bones, and because she is so small it takes a while for her to eat one. She is heartworm negative and has been spayed. Nyla is a smart girl! One day she spied a treat on a blanket inside our locked wire crate and decided she had to have it. She stuck her paw through the wires and tried to get the treat. When that didn't work (after several swipes), she figured out that she could pull the blanket through the wire and get the treat. I know she thought the effort was worth the treat!!!  Won't you allow Nyla to become your beloved family member? She is being fostered in North Texas.
