Harley is a tiny little guy who was found tied to the gate of a North Texas shelter one morning when the staff came in to work.  He needs to gain a few pounds, but even at a healthy weight he probably won't weigh more than about 9 pounds.  We took care of all his vetting - shots, a heartworm test (negative!) and a neuter, and he's recuperating in a foster home where he's getting lots of TLC and plenty of good quality food.  Harley is full of energy and really enjoys playing with his toys.  He's a little unsure of new people right now, but he's already warmed up to his foster mom and loves to be held and snuggled.  He does great in his crate and walks very well on a leash.  Stay tuned for more developments on this handsome little man.  He's a special guy who's already stolen a few hearts!
