Oscar Hobbs is a gorgous black and tan smooth male - about 13 lbs.  He is a bit bigger than a mini but just short of a tweenie!  He is loving and sweet and great with both dogs and people!  Oscar is happy and loves his foster family, especially his Dad, he follows him everywhere!  He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered and just finishing up heartworm treatment!  This is one very special guy!  Please consider filling out the online application - This boy is precious!
