Scottie is only about a year old and she weighs barely 9lbs. She is so small and has the enthusiasm of a puppy but without the puppy bad habits. She is super playful without being hyperactive and while still having a gentle disposition. She loves everyone -- other dogs, cats and gentle children. Including a small toddler who regularly visits. Scottie loves to stalk, chase and leap around the yard like a tiny hunter after birds and squirrels. And, that's the only time we ever hear her bark! She is crate trained and great about using the dog door but may have accidents while adjusting to a new home and family. Her only bad habit we have discovered is getting into the bathroom trash. Otherwise, she is very well mannered. She would especially adore a person who allowed her to snuggle on the couch and sleep in bed with them. It's recommend there are no smaller animals, though (birds, rabbits, ferrets, etc).

Scottie is a recent mommy to a litter of 5 pups. She is a good Mom and now ready to find a loving home of her own.
