Lefty is a super sweet boy who makes us laugh all the time. He's a mix of wire and smooth dachshund, so he's not your typical-looking wiener dog. He weighs 13-14 lbs. and stands about 12" tall at his shoulders!! (Hard to measure precisely, because of the wiggle factor...). He has a little touch of white on his left paw - hence the name "Lefty". He would be a great addition to any home. He's house trained and crate trained. If you want a candidate for wiener-dog races or are interested in training a pup for agility competition, Lefty's your guy!! He's "faster than a speeding bullet", and he "can leap tall buildings in a single bound"!! He gets along great with other dogs. He hardly every barks, so he would be a great apartment dog - as long as he could burn some of that energy on regular walks & trips to the dog park!
