Nutmeg was recently surrendered to a shelter in the Rio Grande Valley area.  She has recently had puppies and this may not have been her first litter.  Nutmeg is a beautiful fawn colored - or dilute chocolate female standard about 16lbs at the moment.  She will be starting on a "spa plan" and feeling more like she should in no time!  Stay tuned for more on this sweet and gentle girl.

"meggie" tested postive for heartworms and has begun treatment - stay tuned for more on her progress - she will be ready for adoption by late June!
