Meet Harper, a happy-go-lucky puppy man about 4.5 months old! His family wanted a puppy but then didn't have the time to care for him so decided it wasn't the right time to have a new member! He was surrendered and now safe and sound in foster care, getting the vetting he needs, all of his puppy shots and will be neutered soon. Harper is a beautiful tweenie black and tan male dachshund - that LOVES everyone! If you have the time and energy required to train a puppy, this one is a doll.
