SHILOH AND BABY JOEY

Shiloh was surrendered to an Emergency Care facility when she was not able to deliver her litter.  Her owner was told she needed an expensive C-section and he wasn’t able to afford it and planned to take her home and let her try to deliver.  A vet tech told them to consider rescue as she would surely die during the birth and the puppies wouldn’t make it.  They finally agreed and she had a much needed surgery and only one of six puppies survived.  Mom and puppy, named Joey for Jo Beth the tech that surely saved his life, are doing great and in an ATDR foster home.  Baby Joey will be ready for adoption in about six weeks and Shiloh will be resting up for her next big adventure and a forever home of her own!
