Phoebe's foster mom reports that the only thing she loves as much as playing with other pups is being her person's little shadow! She is so sweet, girly and gentle. She moves her little leg so she can get belly rubs every single time you reach out to pet her. She's also housetrained! She's going to make a wonderful addition to some lucky home out there!
